Multifloral forest honey

The bees from these hives don’t know rapeseed fields. They fly deep into Bory Tucholskie, so what they bring back to the hive depends on whatever the forest happens to be flowering: heather, lime trees, wild strawberries, the whole understory at once.

The result is darker and more distinctive than a typical multifloral honey from farmland, and it changes from season to season.
