The resort covers 15 hectares of pine forest by Lake Okonińskie, inside Tuchola Landscape Park. The lake has a ribbon shape: 7 kilometres long, up to 400 metres wide, and up to 24 metres deep.
The area is quiet and heavily forested. Cycling and walking routes lead in several directions. Tleń, with its beach by the Żur Reservoir, brewery, and Wda kayak rentals, is several kilometres away. Domki Zacisze, a smaller property by the same lake, also operates nearby.
