A house on the water: a floating houseboat moored by the promenade in Charzykowy, with two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and roof terrace. It is an unusual option, suited to couples and families who want a water view at any time of day and are looking for a lake-stay experience. It is not a good choice for guests with a strong fear of rocking, large luggage, a pram, or a need for a lot of space. The surface area is limited and access to the unit is by pier. It is possible to sail out onto the lake and anchor in a bay.

Charzykowy is a sailing village on Lake Charzykowskie, the largest natural body of water in the region. The houseboat is moored a few minutes on foot from the main beach, restaurants, and the harbour.
