The property is in Męcikał, a village in the Brusy municipality directly by the Brda, on the border of Zaborski Landscape Park and the buffer zone of Bory Tucholskie National Park. The Brda is narrower and winding here, forming one of the important sections of the kayaking route. Lakes Witoczno and Charzykowskie are several minutes away by car.
